If you are going out of town, bring your pet to Crain Veterinary Center! We are proud to offer pet boarding under the supervision of our veterinary team. We cater to all of your pet’s needs while they’re in our care, including lots of exercise and play time!

When your pet is ready for some downtime, they’ll have plenty of space to rest in our temperature-controlled kennels. They will also have time to play in our large outdoor runs. By choosing us, you can rest assured that if your pet has a health concern while you are away, they will be in the best hands possible.

Daycare

Doggy Day Care is a great way to socialize your pup in a supervised play area or just get them some extra play time while you’re busy! Great for all size dogs! Add Day Care to any Boarding or Grooming stay for additional play time!

Play groups are under constant supervision by trained staff & licensed veterinarians.
Indoor area is climate controlled and features rubber flooring to help prevent injuries.
Play equipment in both the indoor and outdoor area.
Dogs are divided into play groups by size and temperament.
Shaded, fenced outdoor play area has doggie swimming pools in the summer and is equipped with K-9 specific grass to create a fun and friendly environment!

Vaccine Requirements

Pets must be current on bordetella, rabies and canine influenza vaccines. If your pet is not current at the time of dropoff, we will administer the vaccines for a fee.

Boarding FAQ

How often are pets let out to exercise and use the restroom?

Pets go outside a minimum of two times per day, usually more.

Do we need to bring our own food?

You can, but it is not required. If you bring your own food, we ask that it be bagged up per meal or per day and not to bring a giant bag or plastic container.

Should we bring a bed?

We have plenty of bedding, blankets, and quilts to make sure your pet is comfortable during their stay.
